Bungalows - Accommodates five adults and one child under 3.  The Bungalows feature one bedroom with two queen beds and one daybed.  The room also features a refrigerator, wet bar, microwave, coffee/tea maker, and much more.  The Bungalows are 500 square feet.

1 & 2 Bedroom Townhouses - Accommodates 4 adults in the 1 Bedroom and 6 adults in the 2 Bedroom Townhouses.  The 1 Bedroom features a queen bed and double pull out sofa, kitchen with amenities, microwave, lines, daily housekeeping, and more.  The 2 Bedroom features queen size beds in one room and two twin beds in the other room, kitchen, microwave, linens, housekeeping, and more.

3 Bedroom Treehouse Villas - Accommodates 6 adults plus one child under 3  in the two story Villa.  The Villa also features a queen size bed in the upstairs bed and double beds in the downstairs study.  This treehouse is 1000 square feet with everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

2 Bedroom Fairway Villa - Accommodates 8 adults plus one child under 3.  The Villa borders the Lake Buena Vista Golf Course and features queen beds in the one bedroom and two doubles in the other bedroom.  The living room features a SICO bed.  The Villa also features 1520 square feet with a kitchen, microwave, linens, housekeeping, and much more.

Grand Vista Homes - Accommodates 6 adults in the 2 Bedroom and 8 adults in the 3-Bedroom Home.  The Grand Vista also includes golf cart, bicycles, refrigerator stocked with snacks, nightly turndown service, daily paper,  and much more.  The Grand Vista Homes are 1724-2884 square feet.
